Writing the books you secretly love

First Sat Spanks!!!

Ok, Lovies, it is that time of the week! Time for a first for me again! I am SO totally excited to partake in this Sat Spanks! I have been reading Sat Spanks for E-VER, and I am SO excited to be a part of it this week!

Let me tell you a little about the scene. It is from my book, Ryann’s Revenge. Ryann had a bit of a lead foot and was lucky enough to be caught speeding by her very displeased disciplinarian, Kayne. He waists no time in expressing his displeasure upon her bottom with a bare bottom spanking with the help of her very own brush.

Adventures of Traveling

So, I thought that I would be on my plane to see my sisters by now, but I was wrong. For the last month, I have been reading my plane ticket incorrectly. I thought I would be handsarriving in Baltimore at about 11:50 … No … I am leaving Kansas City at 11:50 and will land in Baltimore at about 3:15. I feel like a heel! My twinsie is already headed to the airport to pick me up, well, sissy and me, but still. Now, they both have to wait on me, and I hate that they have to wait.

Want to know the best part? I called my husband/Dom and was venting. Well, I was a little disrespectful in my vent and received my first warning of the trip. Like, seriously? I could not even make it to my destination without getting into trouble? My goal was to get through this whole trip without earning a punishment when I got home, and I am already failing! Grrr! I will never make it back without him deciding I need a reminder and deciding that I need to put the gift he gave me when I was pulling out of the driveway to good use. So Screwed!

The Consistancy of Inconsistancy

I have never written a post like this before, but I feel that I need to do this today. I am not sure why but there is just a feeling in my gut telling me that I need to share, so here I am …  going to share. Wish me luck that I post this and not chicken out before I hit the post button.

I have gotten myself into some trouble these last few days, a couple of different times. With the combination of excitement for my upcoming trip, the nerves of my upcoming trip and traveling alone (something I have never done) and the fact that our lives have gotten busy and our rules and rolls have been put aside a few times, I had fallen into a rut filled with attitude and sass and I was struggling to stay submissive. It is finally official! All tickets have been bought, all plans have been made, there is no changing it now! It is finally going to happen! In less them a week I get to see my Sissy and Twinsie in real life! SQUEEEEEE! Isn’t it awesome!? I get to give them both real life hugs and Ally and I will get to drive Lesley nuts with our “Littleness” … *Hey, don’t feel too bad for her, she says she needs to do some research on littles so who better to research than us? * We are going to have so much fun and get SO much writing done … well, that is the plan anyways.

Want to know what I am looking forward to the most? It is getting to hug these women who have adopted me as a sister and telling them thank you. For everything. For loving me for who I am, for talking me through way too many breakdowns, for letting me be part of their amazing lives and, last but not least, for being my sisters. These ladies are two of the best and I cannot wait to tell them so in person.

So stay tuned, my readers, and find out what happens when

three writers get together.

The Start of a Love Story

Happy Saturday, my followers! There must be millions of you by now, right? …… *snort*

I had every intention of participating in Saturday Spank but then life got in the way, and I forgot about it. So I decided that I would write a post that told you some more about me, after all, this is my blog, and I think some of you may want to know more about the person behind the books. I know I alway did and still do with some of my favorite authors. So here it goes. Continue reading “The Start of a Love Story”

WIP It Up Wednesday

OMG! I am participating in WIP It Up Wednesday! Can you believe it!? I am like a real author now! Ok, so… I probably joined the “real author” club when I published my first book, but this is making me FEEL like a real author. Big difference there people!

This clip is from my book (MAJOR working title here guys) Autumn. So, a little background on this scene. Olivia and her husband/Dom are at a friendly gathering with like-minded people when she decides to get a little too cheeky for her own good.

So without further ado, please enjoy my little sneak peek! Continue reading “WIP It Up Wednesday”

“The End”

I typed “the end” last night on my second book. I will give you a few seconds to be excited ……. Ok, now I have to burst your bubbles. Because of the completely weird way I write my books, I am nowhere near done. Sorry guys.

You see, unlike Lesley Clark, who writes in order and does not deviate from that at all, I jump about. I think of a scene I want in my book and I write it. It does not matter if it is the next scene or not.

In the particular book I am writing, I jumped from the first 5 chapters to the last 5 chapters, figured out how the book ends and even wrote the words “the end”, but I am far from done.

I still have to fill in everything in the middle and it needs to be at least 20,000 words longer … Easy peasy right …. Yeah not really. The middle is where I have to tie everything together and make it all work.

The good news is that I actually know how this book is going to end. I didn’t know how I was going to finish Ryann’s Revenge until the day I sent it to my editor. So I am ahead of the game … a little … maybe?

Alright … Back to my writing. I have a book to finish!
